CLAIM: Big Pharma drug research facility just a front for government bioweapons development program

New accusations have come forth from the Russian Defense Ministry claiming that the United States government knowingly killed dozens of people with a biological weapon that it claimed was “drug research.”

Documents suggest that at least 73 people from the European country of Georgia died over a very short period of time as a result of secretive tests involving “a highly toxic chemical or biological agents with high lethality rate.”

A U.S.-sponsored research facility in Georgia is said to be where these tests took place – and the Russian government is convinced, after studying a series of files released by former Georgian minister Igor Giorgadze, that the tests had nothing to do with drug testing, and everything to do with intentionally killing people using covert chemical and biological weapons.

Giorgadze says he was able to procure 100,000 pages of data to back these serious claims, showing that federal government officials may have lied about testing out a drug known as “Sovaldi,” allegedly for Hepatitis C, when in fact they actually administered a deadly chemical and biological weapon.

“The documents showed many lethal outcomes among the patients,” stated Igor Kirillov, commander of the Russian military branch responsible for defending Russian troops against radiological, chemical, and biological weapons.

“Despite the deaths of 24 people in December 2015 alone, the clinical trials were continued in violation of international standards and the wishes of the patients,” he added. “This led to the deaths of 49 more people.”

Donald Rumsfeld hired to board of pharmaceutical company responsible for allegedly fake Hepatitis C drug

According to reports, the company behind Sovaldi, California-based biomedical firm Gilead Sciences, has close ties to the military-industrial complex, or what’s more recently come to be known as the “deep state.”

Back in 1988, Gilead recruited former U.S. defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld to its board, Rumsfeld having been later accused of committing war crimes during his tenure within the George W. Bush administration.

Whether or not Rumsfeld had any involvement in this alleged chemical and biological weapons scheme remains to be seen. But Russian heads are insistent that Richard Lugar from the Center for Public Health Research, located near the Georgian capital of Tbilisi, was not, in fact, simply testing a pharmaceutical drug when these 73 individuals died at this U.S.-connected facility.

Pentagon says allegations are “Russian disinformation”

In responding to the allegations, Pentagon spokesman Eric Pahon pulled out the conspiracy theory card, claiming that the U.S. did not conduct bioweapons research in Georgia, and that any claims to the contrary are part of “a Russian disinformation campaign directed against the West.”

Russia is none too happy with this response, and has promised “diplomatic and military action” in response, especially since Georgia sits at Russia’s border.

“We cannot simply turn a blind eye to things happening near our southern borders that directly affect our safety,” stated Vladimir Shamanov, head of the Russian parliament’s Defense Committee, to the TASS news agency, as related by SHTFplan.com.

Just this week, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that his country has developed some new weapons of its own, including missiles that the nation claims will only be used in response to an incoming missile attack.

The announcement comes at a time when tensions between the U.S. and Russia remain high, despite what appear to have been some positive moves towards reconciliation between Presidents Trump and Putin.

“Only when we become convinced that there is an incoming attack on the territory of Russia, and that happens within seconds, only after that we would launch a retaliatory strike,” Putin stated during a recent panel discussion about the new weapons.
